Organize the world's information geographically

Innovative approach generated GI users in a magnitude of hundreds of millions worldwide
Ed Parsons, the Geospatial Technologist of Google explains the simple but great realised vision of Google: organize the world's information geographically. The Google GeoWeb Search is actually a compliementary approach to the development of Global Spatial Data Infrastructures.

During the lunch, the experiences with HUNAGI blogs operated by Google's blogspot engines were discussed with Ed Parsons, in the cirlcle of Bruce McCormack, Vice-President of EUROGI and Leuven Catholic University representatives Ms.Katleen Janssen and Danny Vandenbroucke. This latter is the responsible for the monitoring of the development of NSDI in 32 European countries between 2002 and 2007, the so called "INSPIRE State of Play" It was mentioned, HUNAGI was just asked by MoEW to provide a service to complete the questionnaire related to the European survey.
